“Gerri” has had an extended career in the entertainment business in a variety of capacities. She was an assistant to Vice President of “Movies of the Week” for Aaron Spelling Productions, Associate Producer with Garry Marshall Productions, and a writer and Production Associate with Lorimar. She holds screen and publishing credits as both a writer and an editor. She has parlayed all of this experience into a 30 plus year career in Real Estate.
Gerri has been an Angelino for most of her life, and is intimately familiar with many of the communities from the West Side to Mid-Wilshire to most of the San Fernando Valley.
Gerri enjoys traveling, fine dining, and spending time with her rather large Armenian family. She has served on the Boards of several charity organizations over the years.
Sonya began her career in the real estate industry many years ago while working in the wine business simultaneously. She left real estate to pursue the wine business full time and represented some of the most prestigious importers and wineries for 14 years. She decided to return to real estate full-time when her sister Sang agreed to a partnership in the real estate business. The “Sold Sisters” aka Team Sang and Sonya was created to help both residential and commercial clients throughout Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley area. Sonya and her partner take great pride in having built their business through referrals from past clients.
Sonya has lived in Echo Park/Silver Lake area with her partner Pierre for over 17 years. She is very familiar the landscape of Los Angeles as she lived and worked in various parts of Los Angeles county during her time in wine and real estate. She loves to eat, drink wine, and travel but mostly spending time with friends and family.
